 We received an interesting email this morning which might shed some light on the Sargeants plans for the land behind Mill Street.  It seems they own Balls Park in Hertford, and have the services of Explore Living doing the build for them! so suspect this may be their plan for this land!  it also begs the question why the monies they are making from the Ball Park development cant be used to restore the priory to its former glory out of their own pocket!!
